- Codes: PO401 – EGR flow insufficient detected PO161 – Heater Circuit o2 sensor Both these codes tie into the same wiring. When the conditions/thresholds are met the PCM is not commanding the EGR to open intermittently. Both the EGR and the o2 sensor are checking fine. Cleared codes and test drove again and different codes appeared. Confirming the PCM is not operating at designed.
